This project involves the conceptualization, design, and physical fabrication of premium award presented annually to employees who best embody OnLogic’s core values (Open, Fair, Independent, and Innovative). Moving away from generic, off-the-shelf trophies, the goal was to create a striking, physical manifestation of the company's culture. The resulting award serves as the ultimate token of internal recognition, blending OnLogic's industrial, high-tech identity with a sophisticated aesthetic that honors outstanding dedication and teamwork.
